UPDATE: The email servers are working without issue now!

For those of you who have purchased a product/s and have not yet received your orders, the email servers from our hosting company may be under maintenance and fixtures.
Please, if you have not yet received your order visit your "My Account" page and there you will encounter the current and past records of your purchases. Clicking on "Show Details" will allow you to visit the download links to the patterns you have purchased.
For a more detailed instruction on how to download the pattern from your "My Account" page, please read the instructions below.
Those of you who wish to purchase a pattern, your pattern will still be added to your account and be available for download right away - it is just that an email notification may not be sent.
For brand new users, if you need your email to be verified or passwords changed; for now please contact us at "info@ithinksew.com" for this.
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience, however this is something that we cannot control or fix on our side. We must wait for our hosting companies reply when the issue becomes resolved.

How To Download Pattern From The "My Account" Page
1.) First visit your "My Account" page
2.) Find your order based on the date of purchase
3.) Click "Show Details"
4.) Click on desired pattern to download
5.) Find "Open PDF Pattern" and save the PDF to computer
6.) Enjoy your sewing!
