Let's make the loop!
1) Fold and press each longer side of the D-ring holder in half inwards. Pin and topstitch both longer sides 1/4" from the edge.
2) Thread the D-ring holder through one end of the D-ring and fold in half. Pin and stitch in place, backstitching at both ends.
