I am in the middle of trying to make this bag. You are not wrong, the instructions are horrendous at best and some of the pattern pieces aren’t even the right size. I’m sorry I ever even started this bag. Very, very frustrated!

I did not find some of the instructions clear. The size of the gusset was not the size of the front and back so made the pinning and sewing of the two pieces very difficult. These are lovely patterns to look at. I will try another pattern but don't think I'll make this again. I would rate this a 3.
