So far whenever we make a sling bag or backpack, we've gotten quite a few concerning emails about the hassle of finishing the raw seams with a bias tape. This week I've successfully made a sling bag without the step of finishing the bag with the bias tape! However, the structure of the bag might appear slightly different to how you imagine when you make it. So, in order to structure the bag in a more flattering way, I've managed to modify the method of finishing the bag! So make sure to check out this new bag while it is on discount!
I designed this triangular bag to mimic the skating bag that my daughter used to use when she took skating classes. I always thought these triangular bags could be used in a really clever way. Because of its triangular shape, the opening can actually fit perfectly to your comfort when it is worn across the body. This also allows you to easily access your items! But I just want to tell you to see the pictures of the bag yourself! Yours'll definitely be intrigued!

Clara Zipper Bag
This bag is a hobo style bag with a zipper closure for convenience and safety. I've made this design for probably four years bag and thought that this bag might be a bit out of style. But I've been noticing that these styles of bags have been getting back on trend - especially making it with deep dark fabrics like the one in the pictures. Make sure to check the pattern out!

An Open Letter to the Year 2021 02 January, 2021 - 1 Comments
Wishing Everyone a Happy New Year! 2020 was a strange year. It was as if we were living through a disaster movie. Every time I read the news, I had to ask myself “is this real? Is it a movie?” The saddest thing was that I could not meet people and that people were a genuine threat to each other against our intentions.
How to Assemble Neck Bias Facing? 29 December, 2020 - 0 Comments
One will be a bias facing the neck of the adorable baby dress and the other will be a bias binding the neck. First, we will try the bias facing. You'll use the same method as when you are tying the round neck circumference together. This was originally a raglan dress where a rubber band was put in the neck by using the facing as an elastic casing after facing the piece, but we will only go through how to do the facing here.
Let’s take a look on how to make a bias. If you need a very short bias, you can cut part of the fabric you’re using and use that instead, however if you need a long bias, you likely have to cut out your fabric diagonally than connect it one by one.
